I was expecting the new edition to have updated a few things, for example LEDs are still neglected in the lighting sections.
All in all it's still a good reference manual. The visual presentation of the material is disturbing; it's full of copy/pasted excel tables in low resolution.

I found useful information on energy saving ideas for production equipment, but not all chapters were as good. I would expect to see quite a lot of information on compressed air energy saving.

I bought this book for a class. I found this book to be a great introduction to lots of topics surrounding energy.

Sure, I could complain about a couple of things:
1. some chapters feel like they are (somewhat) updated versions from the previous edition (which they are!), and
2. some minor topics are not explained, as if it was assumed that the reader would know what it was. No, there weren't too many of those.
