Essential reading for short term therapists,

The authors have done a wonderful job of detailing both EMDR and energy psychology and how the two approaches can be effectively and systematically integrated. They also provide methods that can be applied to reduce the incidence of severe emotional reactions during EMDR processing of traumatic memories. This book elevates EMDR to a new level of efficiency. All therapists should read and apply the advise covered.
