This book was one of the most important of my teaching career. We hear all the time about the incredible number of people leaving our profession because of burn-out. In this book, Graves takes a look at the actions teachers can take to help maintain and increase the intellectual energy required to be a successful teacher. An excellent resource.

The book had many great ideas to help teachers meet the needs of their students while increasing their own energy level. However, I think it went a little over board on the interviews.
