Product Description

The Enerpac 11-100 high-pressure, single-speed hydraulic hand pump is for lifting, bolting, or applying pressure with a hydraulic cylinder (sold separately) in construction, manufacturing, and maintenance and repair applications and hydrostatic testing applications. It can advance and release a single-acting cylinder or power a hydraulic tool. This single-speed hand pump is for applications with a constantly applied load. The pump is constructed from 303 stainless steel, which resists corrosion and wear, and it can pump a variety of fluids, including distilled water, alcohol, diesters, silicones, soluble oils, and petroleum. An internal pressure relief valve helps protect the pump from overload, and the large release knob provides improved control over pump pressure. The pump's 3/4"-16 cone outlet ports can withstand pressure up to 40,000 psi and have fine-pitch Unified Screw Threads (UNF), for connecting to a hose or gauge (sold separately).

Maximum operating pressure10,000 psi
Maximum oil displacement, per stroke0.152 cubic inch
Usable oil capacity45 cubic inches
Piston stroke0.78 inch
Maximum handle effort120 lb.
Weight22 lb.
Dimensions12.38 x 10.50 x 7.00 inches (H x W x D)

H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from back to front.

Hydraulic pumps lift, bolt, or apply pressure to objects by pressurizing and moving hydraulic fluid. A hydraulic pump consists of a base, a reservoir that holds hydraulic fluid, and an operating mechanism, such as a handle or foot pedal, an electric motor, compressed air, or a gasoline engine. When the operating mechanism is activated, pressurized hydraulic fluid from the reservoir is delivered through an attached hose to a hydraulic cylinder. The pressurized hydraulic fluid in the cylinder lifts the cylinder’s piston, which in turn lifts the load. Hydraulic hand pumps are usually made of steel, or aluminum and nylon, and can be single-speed or two-speed. They are used in a wide range of applications, such as construction, manufacturing, and maintenance and repair applications in both industrial and home settings.

Enerpac manufactures industrial hydraulic equipment for lifting, workholding, and other applications, and provides integrated lifting solutions for bridge construction, mining, shipbuilding, and other industries. The company, founded in 1959, is headquartered in Menominee Falls, WI.
