The Enerpac MP-110 two-speed hydraulic hand pump is for testing and filling applications in construction, manufacturing, and maintenance and repair settings. This two-speed hand pump requires fewer handle strokes to move a load than a similarly rated single-speed pump, increasing productivity. The pump has an anodized aluminum body, stainless steel internal parts, and nitrile seals, for resistance to corrosion and wear. It can pump a variety of fluids, including demineralized water, oil and water emulsions, water glycols, mineral oils, and hydraulic fluids. An adjustable external release valve allows the operator to control pump pressure. The pump has a 1/4" National Pipe Taper (NPT) threads port for connecting to a hose or gauge (sold separately). The pump must be used with an external reservoir (sold separately).
|Maximum operating pressure, first stage||500 pounds per square inch (psi)|
|Maximum operating pressure, second stage||1,500 psi|
|Maximum oil displacement, per stroke, first stage||3.20 cubic inches|
|Maximum oil displacement, per stroke, second stage||1.28 cubic inches|
|Maximum handle effort||99 lb.|
|Dimensions||4.65 x 7.84 x 6.85 inches (H x W x D)|
H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from back to front.
Hydraulic pumps lift, bolt, or apply pressure to objects by pressurizing and moving hydraulic fluid. A hydraulic pump consists of a base, a reservoir that holds hydraulic fluid, and an operating mechanism, such as a handle or foot pedal, an electric motor, compressed air, or a gasoline engine. When the operating mechanism is activated, pressurized hydraulic fluid from the reservoir is delivered through an attached hose to a hydraulic cylinder. The pressurized hydraulic fluid in the cylinder lifts the cylinder’s piston, which in turn lifts the load. Hydraulic hand pumps are usually made of steel, or aluminum and nylon, and can be single-speed or two-speed. They are used in a wide range of applications, such as construction, manufacturing, and maintenance and repair applications in both industrial and home settings.
Enerpac manufactures industrial hydraulic equipment for lifting, workholding, and other applications, and provides integrated lifting solutions for bridge construction, mining, shipbuilding, and other industries. The company, founded in 1959, is headquartered in Menominee Falls, WI.
