Triple Health Guard
Enfamil PREMIUM Infant has Triple Health Guard, which helps support the immune system while promoting growth and brain and eye development.

This formula supports healthy growth patterns that are similar to those of breastfed babies in both weight and length, and it's nutritionally complete with DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and ARA (arachidonic acid).

The formula, studied before the addition of prebiotics, also supports higher mental test scores through 18 months when compared with the effects of discontinued Enfamil without DHA and ARA. We've used Enfamil as a supplement for both of my daughters. Our first had serious acid reflux and this was the only formula that would stay down (most of the time). My only complaint about this packaging is the resealable bag inside. It makes the job very messy and the powder gets all over your hand, especially when you get to the bottom. We just dump it in the tub and life is good.

Enfamil is the brand my son drinks and it's been great. However this new packaging is annoying to use. I thought it would be like Similac's new packaging (with the plastic container) but Enfamil has a bag inside to keep the formula fresh. Normally when I scoop out the formula, I like to shake it off to make the scoop even out. It's really difficult to shake out the formula from the bag and I have to shove my hand in the bag to get to the formula (especially when it's getting low), then my hand gets powder all over it. I haven't dumped the formula directly in the container because I want it to stay fresh, so scooping out formula is now a messier task. It takes a little longer too (when I have a screaming baby, I don't want scooping out formula to slow me down). The only plus side is that there's a little plastic grab thing inside the lid that holds the scooper so you don't have to leave it in the powder.

I switched to Enfamil after the Similac recall as well. I did a lot of research and picked Enfamil because it has more iron than any other formula. My pediatrician told me that it is important for babies to have enough iron. Moreover, my son had gas and reflux, which stopped after we switched over to Enfamil.
My biggest complaint is the container. It is horrible. When you reach the bottom, the powder gets all over your hand and it gets really messy. It makes it easier when you put the formula in the container.
