A Wonderful Review of Efficient Structural Systems,
By Dr. Leighton Cochran (Fort Collins, Colorado USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Engineering a New Architecture (Hardcover)
This book is an excellent summary (with wonderful illustrations)of the state of current knowledge on thin shells, fabric and other tensile structures. It is a valuable resource for engineers and architects interested in this modern, visually-striking area of design.

This review is from: Engineering a New Architecture (Hardcover)
This book was alright. I wanted to learn more about Geodesic Dome Home Living and This book was more about the Arcitecture and Engineering of geodesics. It was interesting, but I wanted floor plans and more example homes.
