4.0 out of 5 stars COVER INFO, June 24, 2009
This review is from: The English Lady (Paperback)
"Her name was Lady Nnancy Brookeford: a stunningly beautiful English woman with a passion for flying-and an insatiable thirst for adventure. Scorining 1930s convention, she became the darling of Nazi Germany's most powerful men: the sensual Goring, the decadent Ggoebbels, the ruthless, scheming Heydrich-even hitler himself. She saw the madness that gripped them. She shared their lives-and their most intimate secrets. She was Germany's sweetheart, Britain's shame-and Churchill's most devastating secret weapon..." "Persuasive and cooly realistic...William Harrington has made the most of his fascinating subject" New York Times Book Review.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Hidden Gem!, June 18, 2008
found this on my mother-in-law's bookshelf in Sweden, of all places. Once I started reading, I could not put it down. The story is absolutely believable, cleverly woven around true history from WW II Germany and England. After reading it, I was stunned to find almost no information on the internet about the author or the history behind this book. This is a must read for anyone who loves historical fiction.
