OES book for kids--excellent photos!
This is an outstanding little book about Old English Sheepdogs written for children. Another reviewer gave it two stars for being a book for kids, but why should it be downgraded for that? Simplistic
This book is great if you have young children. The pictures are cute, and the text is simplistic and large. It is not for someone looking to learn a great deal about the breed.

This is an outstanding little book about Old English Sheepdogs written for children. Another reviewer gave it two stars for being a book for kids, but why should it be downgraded for that? It's not pretending to be anything else--it's only 24 pages and clearly written at about a third grade level. The photographs are fantastic and the book actually has accurate and helpful information about Old English Sheepdogs. It is not easy to find books about this fairly rare breed. This book is perfect for a child who wants to learn a bit about the OES, or even just to see great photos of the breed. Perfect addition to any elementary school library!
