it really works. I am a writer and I was going through a "DRY"period. this CD helped get my creativity flowing again. the hypnotherapist's voice is soothing and the background music is really relaxing. I recommand it to anybody who's looking to improve their creativity.

You know What? I actually like this cd.
It is designed to allow you to tap into your buried creative resources by utilizing relaxation techniques in a step-by-step fashion. The cd is just 2 tracks. Track 1 is an introduction but after playing it once just skip to program 2. This is where the method comes in. Touted as a self hypnosis cd; instead of commands, the narrator tells you to to allow yourself the freedom to enter different levels of relaxation while offering positive suggestions for creative changes to work up from the subconscious mind. It recommends listening for a total of 21 days in a row, preferably before sleep sets in. I find this cd a good resource, simply because we could all learn to relax and allow some creativity in our lives.
