Chris Meletis, N.D., is a naturopathic doctor, currently in practice at the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, Oregon, where he serves as dean of naturopathic medicine and chief medical officer. He lectures widely and is the author of many books, including "Safe Herbs," "The Instant Guide to Drug-Herb Interaction," and "Better Sex Naturally." Liz Brown is a freelance health and nutrition writer based in Portland, Oregon. She earned a B.S. in nutrition from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and regularly contributes articles to various magazines and newspapers.
