I listened to this CD a few times a few months back and then hastily put it in my CD rack and kept it there. The CD made me uncomfortable. I know it's supposed to help you gain self esteem so I didn't know what was wrong with me but I just couldn't stand listening to it. A few months later I pulled it out to give it another shot. When it hit me-this CD was stirring up my feelings of lack of self esteem. It was making me face my lack of self esteem instead of letting me hide that realization in the dark. It was shedding light on things I refused to face. And it was doing it in a gentle way, drawing out these emotions through the beautiful music so I could face them in a more loving state of mind. I don't know if anyone else has had this problem with the CD but for me it was a real eye opener and now after taking a bath ( it seems to help add to the peaceful feeling and become more connected to myself) I turn on my CD and let the music wash over me like a rainbow of colors and feel peaceful as an infant. It's a wonderful CD that has helped enlighten me on things that I might have never faced if not for this music.

This is a positive self-esteem subliminal CD. It can help children and adults. It is recommended for all age group. The harp is especially beautiful in this composition.

For over 25 years, Steven Halpern has promoted the use of music to reduce stress and enhance health and well-being. This music will take you to a deep place that reminds you of how you felt as a child. Peaceful and safe.

This CD must be listened to while you are all snuggled up in bed with a down comforter up to your chin and a good book in hand. It is one of my favorite CD's to listen to in the winter.

Peace is a place where you feel harmony, contentment and joy. You feel as if you are at one with yourself and the world. This music will make anyone feel joyful and it is one of my favorite CD's. You could actually use this one in Yoga Practice because it makes you more aware and gives you confidence.

This CD has really turned my life around. Things have gotten a lot better for me because of it. I had a so-so self esteem before I picked this up. Now I see change in my self outlook. How I use this....I listen to it daily, once or twice. It's become part of my meditation routine. It's very much like giving yourself a great big hug.
