You know how, sometimes, when you buy a CD, you're not sure if the version you bought is the one you should have bought? This is the one you should buy!

I knew I wanted the Enigma Variations and the Vaughan Williams Greensleeves, and I knew I wanted a British orchestra performing British compositions, but I was surprised and elated once I'd heard the Tallis. Every track on this album holds surprises and nuances that are a treat to the senses. Is there such thing as ear candy? if so, this is it!

One day in my car I was listening to public radio.
The song "The Lark Ascending" was already playing when I tuned in.
I instantly fell in love with , (I'm not sure this is the same recording I heard).
I had to sit in my driveway a good 5 minutes to hear the end & hopefully hear get some info about it.
All I really got was the title.
When I got inside I went right to my computer to look it up, I found this recording.
