This is an excellent cookbook that gives easy to make, concisely worded recipes that taste as good as they are easy to make. Written for the busy cook who likes to entertain but doesn't have much time to prepare, this book is a must. It also offers ideas for compiling menus, making interesting and simple to prepare salads and desserts. Many of the recipes are adaptable to low fat diets as well. My family has been enjoying many of the tried and true recipes for years. Enjoy!
