"Judge" This CD For Yourself,

This debut CD is a gem. Who would think that a Superior Court Judge would have the time to create a masterpiece smooth jazz guitar album. I am a smooth jazz guitar fanatic and Judge Stewart plays one fine guitar. "Blowing Smoke" is a really snappy, radio-friendly tune. "I'm a Man" brings me back to the other versions, now kicked up smooth jazz style. I was really surprised to see Stewart paying homage to Richard Tee and Cornell Dupree, two of my favorite legendary musicians whom I had the pleasure to meet when both, along with Eric Gale, were with the group Stuff.Enjoy The Ride is a welcomed addition to my CD collection. You will not be disappointed.

Enjoy the Ride
Jay Stewart's debut CD "Enjoy the Ride" is a gift to jazz enthusiasts everywhere. Grammy-award winning producer Jason Miles has helped capture the passion and talent that sets Jay apart as a master guitarist. While each track is a gem in its own way, my personal favorites are "Can't Fight Love," which features Mike Mattison on vocals, and "Just for You," a solo guitar piece which Jay penned for his wife. For anyone who enjoys the smooth sounds of a jazz infused guitar, treat yourself to "Enjoy the Ride" today!

I purchased Enjoy the Ride from a Facebook recommendation. Wow! I was addicted from the first song. Judge Jay Stewart's passion for the guitar really shines through in this bluesy, jazzy masterpiece. Can't Fight Love is one of those songs that gets stuck in your head for days on end. Almost half the songs are written by Judge Stewart and are truly works of art. The fact that Jason Miles, Brian Dunne and Barry Danielain believed in Judge Stewart and knew this CD could be a hit is just icing on the cake. Enjoy the Ride is proof that Judge Stewart can hang with the best of them! This CD is in my cd player at work on repeat and I never get tired of it.
