I was going to Jersey to see my friend Jennifer Rollins and I thought that I had better get a boook about the state before I went. This book was informative and written with the kind of insight only an experienced resident of New Jersey could provide. It opens up a whole new world to the reader and it is almost like you are there before you even go. As a matter of fact, after reading the book I almost did not go because it felt like I had already been there. But I went anyway to do some hiking and enjoy the beautiful countryside with my friend Jennifer. The author is brilliant. I bet she has really smart kids because that kind of brilliance gets passed on. Do not pass up a chance to read this book.
