This review is from: Enlightenment and Alienation (Paperback)
I purchased this book because it was required reading for a graduate course in Theology. It provided a concise and enjoyable survey of the great Enlightenment philosophers in order to demonstrate their influence upon our present worldview (particularly in the realm of theological issues). We see the world through the filters of our own presuppositions. This book examines many of those presuppositions in a thought provoking and insightful way. I would recommend the book for those whose interests intersect philosophy and theology.
