Clear,clean,up-beat,easy to read basic refernece of the Enneagram,5 Element theory, and the Chakras. Excellent diagrams and photos including yoga postures and pranayam. A good foundation and contemporary reference without getting bogged down or caught in traditions, dogma or teacher personalities. Inspires further study and exposure. Sincerely and respectfully written with a diagnostic yet distilled approach. Does not go into the detail sublties, gray areas and metaphors within the individual systems or clearly as to why put them together. Good reference for yoga teachers, body/mind therapist,etc. those of us trying to understand ourselves and others in a healthy way.
