Ennospace has a great mounting system for their shelves.

I have had other shelves which were mounted on the wall using an anchor and screw, where the screw head went into a keyhole style hole on the back of the shelf. The anchors/screws had to be precisely placed and it was very difficult to get the back of the shelf flush to the wall.

This shelf uses an "L" shaped wooden mounting block screwed into the wall and then the shelf slips onto the blocks. This allows you to easily move the shelf horizontally and the shelf sits tightly flush to the wall.

I had searched for about a month for this and with other shelves they were all too long and I needed a short one like this one. Also, in reading reviews of other shelves, people had a hard time getting them to be flush with the wall. This one is fantastic!!! It is just the right length, perfectly flush, and it does what I needed it for (to hold an MP3 player in my toddler son's room for his goodnight music). This is great!! And it looks great, too.
