Colour problems, damages,

I bought these through Ennospace on their buy one get one free deal. I got 2 in the 18", 2 in the 24" and all 4 are scratched, cracked or poorly finished inside the plastic wrapping. Also all 4 are in the cherry finish but the 2 in the 24" are darker, while the 18" ones are a brighter red.
