Although I paid $26.89 to Amazon.com - which was forwarded to Quality7, I did not receive email confirmation from Quality7 that they had the book in the first place and would be sending it; and then I did not receive the book ("From Enoch to the Dead Sea Scrolls: The Teachings of the Essenes") within 2 weeks.

After these 2 weeks, I emailed Quality7 asking where it was, and I received an email from them saying that it may have gotten lost in the mail and if I did not receive it within the 30 days from the date of purchase (8/18/09), they would refund my money (I have a copy of this email).

The fact is that I didn't receive the book by 9/18/09 or any time after that, and I emailed Quality7 asking for the refund they promised.

It has been now been 2 weeks since that refund request on 9/18/09, and I have not heard from Quality7 either by email notification of their intention or in a reimbursement. This is certainly bad service.

It more than deserves an extremely low rating!
