I've been using Enova for a long time. I first bought it because my husband is diabetic and less of Enova is stored in the body as fat. Let's face it, you can't use olive oil for everything! Enova has a clean taste and doesn't change the taste of the food you're cooking like olive oil sometimes does. I love it and now I can't find it on the shelves of my store.
