This law school text explores the Enron debacle from a variety of different aspects. Essays analyze the business-government interactions and decisions that laid the foundations for Enron's growth and subsequent demise. Other essays describe and detail the complex web of partnerships and accounting tricks used by Enron to hide bad news and project good news. While other essays focus on the ethical and legal dimensions of the Enron crisis, and their lessons for business and law students, as well as for society.

5.0 out of 5 stars What is new or different about the second edition March 13, 2010
Format:Paperback
I would like someone to tell me what is different about the 2nd edition. I can see that the first edition has 949 numbered pages, and the 2nd edition is reported to have 1254 pages. For example does the newer edition contain the revised and more extended article by Jacqueline Lang Weaver? Does the second edition include any information about any of the trials? What is the significance of including the word "other" in the 2nd edition title? Does this mean other non-Enron corporate fiascos are covered? The book publisher's website is silent about what is different about the second edition, so please help me.
