Product Description

TWO LIVES. TWO FATES. ONE LEGENDARY JOURNEY.

Follow a gripping, surprise-fi lled journey as two dissimilar characters form an uneasy partnership in order to survive through a perilous, postapocalyptic America. 150 years in the future, war and destruction have left the world in ruins with few humans remaining and nature having reclaimed the world. Mysterious slave ships harvest the dwindling population and take them out west, never to return. Trip, a technologically savvy young woman has been imprisoned by a slave ship but manages to escape using her mental prowess. Monkey, a strong, brutish loner and fellow prisoner also gets free by virtue of his raw power and brawn. Trip quickly realizes that Monkey is her ticket to freedom and is her only hope to survive her perilous journey back home. She hacks a slave headband and fi ts it on Monkey, linking them together. If she dies, he dies and her journey has now become his. ENSLAVED centers on the complex relationship between the two main characters. Players take on the role of Monkey, utilizing a mix of combat, strategy and environmental traversal to ensure he and Trip survive the threats and obstacles that stand in the way of their freedom.

5.0 out of 5 stars Hidden gem not to be missed December 21, 2013
This is a game not to be missed. While the gameplay is only a little above average, the story and characters are top notch. Sadly, the game didn't do very well financially, so a sequel isn't expected. I would recommend this game to anyone looking for a game that can have an emotional impact - one of the few games in which I actually felt for the characters.

5.0 out of 5 stars Must Have Game December 21, 2013
Verified Purchase
This game presents u with a different view on post apocalyptic "earth" one that is Green and lush and instead of Zombies, Mutants, Radscorps and Ghouls we have crazy ass robots.

The game is very unique, unlike most games where you have to follow and save AI companion which acts stupid and gets you killed, your companion is very smart and actually helps you, I odnt remember dying even once because of her.

The game is challenging even on normal difficulty.

Highly recommended to play with Xbox 360 or another gamepad, this fast paced action game is not build for mouse and keyboard.

Hope you enjoy it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Extremely underrated platformer! February 3, 2014

I bought Enslaved during the Holiday Sale, and I played all the way through it within a week.

Amazing story, great gameworld, and nice platforming segments. Works perfectly with the 360 gamepad, and you can search for tweaks from the community to change some graphical settings as with all Unreal Engine games.

1.0 out of 5 stars Stuck 20 minutes into game January 25, 2015

I don't hate this game, because I have played the console version (ps3), so I thought I would love it. However when I start playing the game, I got through chapter one without any kind of problems, but when I hit chapter 2, and I get a command to climb the pipes to the other side of the gate, (when you hear mechs, and trip asks "did you hear that?") You jump from the rail to the pole, then slide down. At the bottom of this pole, you are supposed to jump to the right, however because of what I assume is a programming error, I can't jump, I can't move on, and I am stumped. I am very disappointed in this port.

2.0 out of 5 stars not as good as others made it out to be September 19, 2014

The game is a bare bone port to PC. Story is ok, not as good as others made it out to be, mission structure is repetitive and gets boring quickly. The chick attitude toward you is a turn off, she just come off as bratty and annoying. 1 positive is that the game looks very good, the art direction is amazing. Buy it on sale, don't pay full price.
