Taschen is one of the best bargain art publishers. The 9" x 12" format is larger than the Basic Art size. The plates, which cover the range of his art, are clear and sufficient to gain a sense of Ensor's output. I am unfamiliar with the author and neither Taschen nor Amazon provide a bio. The text appears informative.
