Ever since my Army days beginning in 1960, I have maintained 205 to 225 Lbs of weight on my 6'3" frame. Until my wife of 45+ years, passed!
Within 5 months, was down to 147, and resembled photographs of people freed from nazi death camps after ww-2!
My sister in law, suggested I try Ensure, which led me find the "Plus" for those few people (apparently) that are trying to gain and/or maintain
weight. It works! Within 8 months, was back to 208!
Ensure (and my two k-9's) saved my life during this time in my life.

Ensure Plus has been my primary source of nutrition for five years now following mouth cancer surgery. I still have a PEG tube, but fortunately am able to drink my nutrition. I have tried every liquid supplement on the market. I still do not tire of my favorite, vanilla. Their chocolate is also the best chocolate on the market. The creaminess and the depth of flavoring cannot be beat. Try freezing in ice cube trays, then blending with a couple of real ice cubes in a blender for a terrific "milkshake." By still having a PEG tube, this is a bonafide prescription which is delivered to my home monthly.

I have trouble gaining and maintaining weight (believe me, it's not as fun as it sounds) and Ensure helps me from looking too weak. It packs a huge amount of calories and actually tastes pretty good. An added benefit is that it's completely lactose-free, making it perfect for vegans or those who are lactose-intolerant.

Ensure Plus chocolate and Strawberry Cream. Both taste very good, no coating in the mouth. I have cancer, no children, or family nearby. I was just laying around waiting. Now I bought new curtains, and remember to do the exercises my physical theripist taught me. My outlook and energy leval have improved!

An elderly family member has been suffering for months from colitis and pancreatitis, and lost over 35 pounds within 6 weeks. The doctors and rehab specialists recommended Ensure, and my relative, who has always disliked meal replacement supplements, loves Ensure. It has literally been a lifesaver, and at times the only food she has been able to keep down. Favorite flavors include Chocolate, Strawberry, and Mixed Berry.

First of all, understand that I almost never write a review of anything on amazon. This is a rare occurrence for me.

I'm currently suffering from a very low absorption medical condition, and I was literally circling the drain, having lost a lot of weight.

Almost immediately upon starting to use this Ensure Plus product (several jugs a day), I started to regain weight. Unlike other methods I have tried for getting my calories up, this has been very easy on my digestive system, and has not bothered me even the tiniest bit -- despite taking it several times each day. The jugs are very small and yet pack 350 calories in each one. Lots of protein too. The small size of the jug makes it very quick and easy to get one down. Even for a sick person, it would be easy to take. I really like the taste and the creamy texture too.

The product is safe for celiac people (gluten-free), and also does not seem to bother me at all on the lactose intolerance side of things either.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product for anyone needing to add substantial amounts of very absorbable healthy calories to their daily diet.

I drink 4-6 Ensure Plus a day, and I have for many years. The only flavor I can stomach anymore is the Milk Chocolate....not too sweet so it goes down easiest. The taste is tolerable and the texture is like a whole milk.

I have Cystic Fibrosis, so maintaining a gaining weight is a struggle. Ensure is the only supplement that has worked for me....over Boost and the other brands. I too agree that the price on Amazon is WAY too high. I have found the best price at Sam's Club, a case for about $30.

Also a GREAT immune system booster!

My 98 year old father has parkinson's disease. Swallowing and chewing are often difficult for him. He drinks 1 to 2 bottles of chilled Ensure Plus a day in addition to his meals and he is able to maintain his weight and receive valuable nutrition. There are various Ensure products created for specific health needs. Ensure Plus has the most calories and is the most "fortifying". Each bottle is a nutitionally balanced 350 calories. Ensure Plus is also quite tasty....always an extremely important feature, but especially meaningful to those who have difficulty eating or reduced appetites. My father enjoys the chocolate and the vanilla flavors. Strawberry and butter pecan are also available.

I love the taste of this product. By far the best nutrition drink I have tried. I like Vanilla flavor the best.
