I found the music to be beautiful, haunting and that it made for compelling listening. There is an other-worldliness about the sounds that take me to another space, one far away from my everyday world. It is as if I cross a bridge of music and meet with another dimension. a spiritual one. Having read the book of the same name it is as if Umai, the shaman, calls me. The music has haunting melodies and the combination of instruments is powerful. I especially like the first four tracks although all of them are good. I have no hesitation in recommending this CD as good listening for anyone interested in shamanism, spirituality or healing.

The recordinng sounds a little bit "90s" but very intressting to hear Olga on a CD.

I bought this CD after having read the book of same title. Olga's journeys into the mystic states of mental illness and shamanism bring forth amazing journey music to the song of the Kaichi with a penetrating healing touch.
