Realistic piece of the Enterprise's bridge, with a level of detail that was unheard of in generations past. Art Asylum is making a name for itself for its ability to craft excellent replicas such as this - and at a price that is reasonable. Makes a great display stand for several figures. Simple to assemble. What more to say? If the television show "Enterprise" improves in quality next season, you may be kicking yourself later on for not getting this now.

The concept of selling parts of the bridge along with the action figures is a nice touch. Once you collect all of the figures, you have a replica of the Enterprise bridge to showcase them on. As usual, Art Asylum has made the most of their all access pass to "Enterprise." The sculpt of Lt. Reed is an excellent likeness and the console is well done indeed.

OK, I know it is just a toy, and it completes my Enterprise (TM) set with Captain Archer, and T'Pol at her duty station, but, the reason I am sure that most people like myself were pleased with the detail of this and the other two products are just this, (this isn't 1960, like Barbie (tn) couldn't set upright in her car) this is 2000+ and you would figure that the toy company would make sure that among all the other details, the "action figures" would/should and could set upright in their chairs and their shoes touch the floor boards, of the star ship, which they don't,
This isn't the sellers fault but the company who made them should have done a better job, and they (Diamond Select) didn't finish the bridge set by making a Ensign Mayweather action figure to complete the set, because, they had bad sells on the other 3 products, which is no excuse. If Diamond Select wants to sell these type of action figures, they should make sure that the action figures can set upright in their chairs and that their feet touch the ground. But all in all I am happy with my purchases esp when I see the "green" on my friends faces when they see what I have and they don't! |
