I am still trying to figure out who the alleged author is. The book reads like he is not an English speaker and that he ran some other-language text through an on-line translating site. To say that the content is weak is also an understatement.

Interesting title, but very weak in terms of content, organization and writing. Appears to be self-published without any significant editing.

In case this sounds harsh, this sample from the text may explain. "With this, ECM is not only needed by one company or companies inside one country -- it may even go beyond the international scene. That means the ECM international is the real thing."

Wish I had read the other reviews before ordering. Blurb is so promising. But the book is full of errors, bad english, and cheap formatting. Headed straight for the bin.

there is a lot of basics in this book which is similar to what you find in the web. There is no real best practices and no real solutions. It is too basic.
