This is the best book I have ever read on the Systems Thinking Approach to large-scale change in a simple, clear and practical manner. This book has many ways to make it an easy read--chapter summaries, questions to ponder, etc.
This book could easily be used as a capstone course in OD--while it appears a set of solid basics, it is also a way to be disciplined in your thinking to maximize your opportunity for success. ' I would recommend this book to every executive and change agent who is tired of single change initiatives that only give minimal results.
