The composer is Frederic Chopin. The performer is Arthur Rubinstein. This is a beautiful budget priced introduction to both the Polish composer and an incomparable pianist. I'll give it five stars when they remove Immer's name as (Composer).

The only recording I have of Chopin is so depressing I hardly listen to it. This CD did wonders for Chopin, and I enjoy listening to it. Plus, the recipes look good, so I'm willing to give them a try!
