When I opened the package, I didn't get the game controllers. I also didn't get the manual. According to the installer, the wires were already cut and the FM Modular didn't work. This suppose to be a new product. I was also informed by the installer that this is a 2006 product. I contacted Amazon which in turn referred me to DBroth. I told them my problem which they resolved to my satisfaction. They mailed my game controllers, manual, and compensated me for a replacement FM transmitter. I did have this product installed. Unfortunately, I need to have the car volume at max to be able to hear decent. I tried to have the installer fix this but they said it was a product issue not an installation issue. I've had other DVD system installed with them with no problem. After having this system installed for about a month, I still can't figure out how to change to game mode. The manual does not say much about this. The game controls are also very cheaply made the knob snaps off very easily.
