5.0 out of 5 stars Possibly the best album i have ever heard, July 9, 2003
This review is from: Entombed in the Midnight Hour (Audio CD)
Dead Silent Slumber contains Jens Ryden of Naglfar. This was his solo album and amazes me to this day. I bought this album never even heard of the band before, I just went out on a limb. The vocals are amazing, the guest musicians are amazing, everything about this album is amazing. If you are a fan of black metal and/or Naglfar, I would strongly suggest this album. This album has everything, speed, melody, great riffs, female vocals on track 4, everything.....you will not be disappointed.

4.0 out of 5 stars Naglfar side-project, July 30, 2002

This review is from: Entombed in the Midnight Hour (Audio CD)
Jens Ryden of Naglfar went off on his own for this one, and the results do not disappoint. Some tracks are very traditional in a classic metal sense, but with black metal vocals and a death metal vibe. Excellent production, nice solos by guest guitarists, and great female vocals in the title track. Fans of Naglfar will not be disappointed.
