ON 7/31/2009: No complaints about Entourage- look at the price: Each season is selling for $18 through Amazon. Why are they selling 4 seasons together for $179 (I bought it at $90 two weeks before this review) If each season is selling for $18 now - the total of 4 together should be around $72 AMAZON IS SELLING FOR $179 THIS IS NOT A BOX SET - it is a Amazon box with each season marked up.

I was prepared not to like this series because who can relate to some 22 year old hot shot Hollywood actor who, during these tough economic times, spends money foolishly? But, the well written scripts and excellent acting tends to grow on you. Yeah, I have bought every season and hope this show never ends.

Buy it, have patience, and you won't regret it.

Studios are constantly trying to catch our attention with new concepts, and ideas we supposedly we have never seen before. More often than not, they are a knock off from a proven formula. Once in a while though, comes along a show that is truly innovative, and brings a whole new dimension of entertainment and storytelling - and Entourage fits the bill.

I have endured sleepless nights, been late for work, come home early, skipped meals - you name it, i have done everything to fit as much Entourage in my hectic day. Not only am i at the egde of my seat laughing hysterically, but i find myself engulfed in the storyline and the development of every character. We all know Hollywood is a tough place, but Entourage showcases both sides of the story - from the glitz, glamor and successes to the excruciating lows, heartbreaks and disappointments.

It's a show that truly appeals to everyone, from any demographic and every walk of life - its what entertainment should be - a well written, emotion evoking, character rich rollercoaster ride, 30 minutes at a time... June 24 [release of Season 5] is not coming soon enough!

Great Shows, Great Cast and Great Writing. This show is a triple threat. It is great because it's formula works so well. Four friends from Queens move out to L.A. first because Johnny Drama does well but stay because his brother Vince does even better. They party, drink, smoke and live a celeb. lifestyle. It shows the inner workings of a town called Hollywood. They occasioanly get into trouble but always have an adventure. So check it out you will not regret it.

I was a little leary of ordering this because the price was much lower than other places that I researched. I took a chance and it paid off. The videos are the real deal and the shipping was really fast.

The first dvd got there in a matter of days. I was first confused because I thought they would all arrive together, so I emailed them and asked about it. I got a response within the hour with the explanation. The other dvds arrived a week or so later. Overall I was happy with the service.

Entourage, the story of budding movie star Vince Chase and his group of friends trying to make it big in LA (loosely based on Mark Wahlberg and his entourage), is another brilliant offering from HBO. Funny, well written, memorable characters, each episode is packed with great lines and lots of laughs. Standout performances from cameo stars, and of course the wonderful Jeremy Piven, as star agent Ari Gold, steal the show. Piven's role is based on a real agent, but he has made the character totally his own. The DVD set has a lot of extras which really add to the whole package. Long may Entourage reign!

I wonder, are there really guys like these in Hollywood? All the actors are brilliant, but Jeremy Piven is the best. Very light, funny, sparkling and enjoyable movie to see.

I ordered this as a birthday gift for someone and it is an amazing deal.
