I am an interior design student who LOVES this book. I had been struggling with drawing people in my renderings and this book really saved my drawings. You can be the best interior artist and have perfected drawing rooms, but if you stick an akward looking person in the center of your room....you have just completely ruined it. This book helps artists, interior designers, architects, students, teachers....everyone.

It has pages and pages filled with people of ALL sizes and shapes. It also has people sitting, laying down, kneeling, etc. There are some pictures of cars, boats, planes, & trees/plants.
Conviently, all of the book's pages can be torn out with perforated edges. You can choose which page you want and slip it right underneath your drawing to trace.

I looked and lookd for a tracing guide and this book is the best out there. If you need help with any kind of human rendering, this book will do the trick.

1995 edition with 1970's figures and automobiles. Classiclly, this has been an architectural resource book for any office doing presentation work, though, today the content is dated.

As a landscape architecture student this is a great resource for finding all types of people and trees and cars in all kinds of positions, plan view or perspective. Its an essential reference when you are looking for variation.

I teach an Interior Design Graphics class and find this book to be useful for a number of tracing images such as trees and cars. The people section is not as up to date as I'd like. Lots of the figures look like they walked out of an old Charlie's Angels set. Still, though a basically good book for its purpose. Just don't expect it to be the end all.

A must-have book for anyone practicing or learning the art of hand drafting and rendering for architecture or interior design. Included are line drawings of many different types of people in many different positions, scales and perspectives that can be copied and inserted into one's own drawings. The pages are perforated and can be torn out for copying, reducing, and enlarging.

Entourage is an excellent resource for students and professionals in any design field. The tracing files are organized for quick and easy use. Some of the images are a little dated, but overall it is a must have!

As others have stated here, this book is a great resource for entourage, but most of the imagery is from the 1970s and early 1980s.

I am a 1st year landscape design student and this book has been a great help in my studies.I found this book on amazon for 30 dollars less on amazon than I would of had to pay at the bookstore.

The additional drawings and info enhance the original book's usefulness and application. Great to stay up-to-date.

This book is a great reference for tracing people into your design work. The drawn people at common scales can't be beat. But, the images are seriously outdated, and the people were trendy when they were created. This book is in desperate need of an update! Also, some of the photos inside are of really terrible quality. There is little contrast and they're basically useless for tracing. I might suggest tracing people from magazines instead.
