This easy to read book is a true "how to" manual. It brings the reader, with minimal knowledge, up to speed on the multitude of issues facing any corporation in today's complex world of people management.

Civil rights, affirmative action, benefits, policies, etc., all become clearer and less overbearing to the reader.

The form letters and memos were an extra touch that the reader will find extremely helpful.

I have personal knowledge of the author and I must tell you he speaks from authority on the subject of Human Resources. I highly recommend this boo
