Top critical review
From a book rental standpoint, it arrived with a damaged spine. From a substance view point, it's very lacking.

The book's authors pretty much ignore the majority of entrepreneurs and focus only on those looking to get rich (despite all the spin to the contrary, that's what we're really talking about with "successful" entrepreneurs) by building a company around some sort of product and eventually going public. From that standpoint, the book does give you a lot of general info that you need to be aware of. For the vast majority of entrepreneurs (sole proprietorships, etc.) this book pretty much ignores them and their needs. Though in fairness, some sections can be applied to both groups of people. (e.g building a business plan)
The book rental aspect seems to be working out great. The book was shipped very quickly and is in OK shape, except for the spine which is separating.
As a side note, keep the box it came in because you'll need it to ship it back to the rental people.
