About the Author
James Reichard James Reichard is an Associate Professor in the Department of Geology and Geography at Georgia Southern University. He obtained his Ph.D. in Geology (1995) from Purdue University, specializing in hydrogeology, and his M.S. (1984) and B.S. (1981) degrees from the University of Toledo, where he focused on structural and petroleum geology. Prior to his Ph.D., he worked as an environmental consultant in Cleveland, Ohio, and as a photogeologist in Denver, Colorado.
