The authors of htis book are the best at what they do. I found this book to be very informative and one of the best law books I've ever read. Each chapter is an in depth analysis with clear and concise explanations of the law and its application.

Easy reading for a law textbook. Used it for a very interesting and engaging environmental law and policy class. I would recommend it for those interested in environmental law.

This book is FULL of different case studies and cases that have occurred through time. It is a great Law book to read if you are interested in studying Law, another book my Law prof. recommended, but I haven't bought yet, is Black Law Dictionary. It is a dictionary of like all law. If you are facing court or any legal issues, I recommend checking out this book as well.

I ordered this book for my graduate Environmental Law and Policy class. I didn't know what text I needed until the first day of class and was worried I would get behind but my book arrived within two days of ordering. It was listed as 'like new' and with the exception of some light highlighting in the first couple of chapters, that was correct. I would recommend ordering this vendor, they're honest and prompt.

When I received this book, I saw that the book was encased in a plastic bag with no cardboard, no paper, styrofoam, or anything to protect it from being damaged during its shipment. When I opened it, the spine of the book was fragile and from that point on, it began to fall apart so much to where I had to tape it to hold the pages in. I contacted the seller, mspare, explaining my problem with the book, but I never received any feedback whatsoever. The book was supposed to be in good condition, but because the seller was incompetent and packaged it improperly, I was cheated out of $70. I recommend that no one buy from this seller in the future.
