About the Author
Stuart Bell is Professor of Environmental Law at Nottingham Trent University and a consultant specialising in Environmental Law at Eversheds in Leeds. Mr Donald McGillivray is Senior Lecturer in Law, Kent Law School, University of Kent at Canterbury.
