Editorial Reviews

Review

"A good introduction to political theory surrounding environmental policy development and an exceptional, very comprehensive historical review of the field of environmental policy. Few, if any, texts can match the breadth of the review topically and across both the domestic and global policy realms." -- Len Broberg, Professor Environmental Studies Program, University of Montana

"Vaughn has produced a fascinating and insightful reader that has emerged as one of the leading undergraduate texts on environmental politics for years to come. Given that it is now in its sixth edition speaks volumes. It cleverly bridges the abstract with the concrete and the local with global. I highly recommend it." -- Kristian P. Alexander, University of Utah

Gives a very detailed over view of the history of environmental legislator as well as problems implementing new environmental laws. Also, covers international treaties and agreements. Very good book for college studies.

The book I received was in great condition, yet there were highlighted marks throughout. I did not mind this however since they have helped me understand the material better
