This is a great product. Make sure to purchase the catalyst too. I forgot when I first bought this and then couldn't use it. Also I recommend using the disposable cups and popsicle sticks for mixing.

It can get messy and sticky if your not careful, but when used right give a very professional feel.

I had never used casting resin. I bought this, read the directions, worked carefully. VIOLA! Success! I will use this product again soon.

I poured exact measurements and referred to the catalyst chart several times to be sure I was using the correct amount, but my resin never fully set, it's been about a week now and it's still tacky. No idea what I did wrong. Also, this stuff has a very long lasting and potent odor (i opened windows and it was still there after a full day) So do be careful about where you do this and make sure that the trash/leftovers from your project are thrown away outside somewhere where the smell won't matter.

This casting resin works fine and looks good when completed but it is labor intensive. You have to carefully measure down to the ounce the right amount of resin, then add the proper amount of catalyst. It has a strong odor so you have to do it in an open environment. It's fine but if you want something easier for diorama making you should go with Realistic Water, 16 fl oz by Woodland Scenics. One step and easier with no smell.. Just pour and let sit overnight.
