5.0 out of 5 stars Thrash metal at the speed of Satan!
Envoy of Lucifer takes one back to a time of classic speedy thrash all in hail of Satan. The overall tempo of each song is hard to resist, sending one into a frenzy of headbanging. They are simply trying too hard to have this hard metal edge. It contains no lyrics but the band states "This album is not only music. It is a ritual. Listen and receive...". The photograph on...

Nifelheim sings with such ferocity that one can't help but be pulled into the cult and scream along! Storm of the Reaper is, in this reviewer's opinion, the best song on the album, although Belial's Prey is intensely good. They put it best when they say it is a ritual to listen to this disc, not just music.

They are simply trying too hard to have this hard metal edge. It contains no lyrics but the band states "This album is not only music. It is a ritual. Listen and receive...". The photograph on the back is also the band trying a bit too hard and the end result becomes funny and not scary. 1/5.
