I got this for the specific reason because it is said to not turn into estrogen after your body uses it. So, if that is working then great. I don't have boobs...so. Anyway, AN interesting side effect is appetite suppression. And truthfully, it does seem to put me in a great mood. SO, 4 stars...I would give it 5 but I don't really know if it doesn't turn into estrogen whatsoever.
