These are the best supplements to control even the most stubborn cystic and hormonal acne!

Waste of Money
I have been using this product for a little over a month. There has been absolutely no improvement. If anything, my skin is worse. Yet another useless product that doesn't live up to the hype.

Adult acne has been ravaging my skin for the past 3 years. I suffered immensely with painful cystic acne all over my cheeks, nose, as well as my upper back and shoulders and stubborn hormonal acne all over my lower cheeks, chin, and neck.Almost a year ago, a sales associate at The Vitamin Shoppe had recommended these supplements. She said that it was successful for her with battling cystic acne. I'm happy to report that I've finally got my acne under control! I take the following supplements everyday: DermaKlear Akne-Zyme which I usually buy on Amazon.com (Enzymatic Therapy Akne-zyme, 90 Capsules), NeoCell Super Collagen+C which I usually buy at Costco (Super Collagen + C Type 1&3 250 Tablets), and omega-3 fish oil which I usually buy at Costco (Kirkland Signature Natural Fish Oil Concentrate with Omega-3 Fatty Acids-400 ...).
