After giving birth 5 months ago, I was suffering from MAJOR brain fog. Couldn't think straight, kept forgetting everything and decided to purchase this product after reading on a forum that it helps with brain fog. I must say that within 3 days I noticed an improvement. I started taking this after I had taken the d-ribose and acetyl-l-carnitine. I did not notice any changes but then again I did note a great increase of energy with the ribose and carnitine. I did not experience any of the stomach problems that have been previously reported. I am really impressed with the ribose and carnitine. If you have chronic fatigue I would try the ribose and the carnitine first.

Stomach pain & vomiting!
