This is truly an incredible presentation of Jesus. For so long the Church has allowed so many things, even "Christian" things to take the place of Christ. For the most part, many of us have lost sight of Him and the Eternal Purpose. I firmly believe that the Church's greatest flaw is that many of us don't really know Jesus. We know so many things and facts about Him, but we don't really know Him. In this short ebook, Frank Viola presents to us a fresh revelation of Jesus Christ.

Frank touches on the Kingdom of God, knowing God through Jesus alone and spiritual growth. We should be constantly seeing Jesus bigger and greater in our lives and Frank does an excellent job at encouraging this.

This is a fairly short and easy read, and well worth the price. I appreciate Frank and many others in our time who are passionate about restoring the centrality and supremacy of Jesus Christ. This is yet another excellent addition to the growing list of books that I believe every Christian should read.

Quite frankly I am disappointed that I paid $3.99 for a 25-page book. If I would have known this was only 25 pages, I likely would not have purchased it. But, since I purchased this book on my Kindle I really had no way of knowing this. Apparently this is only a transcript of a talk Viola gave at some conference a few years ago. Nevertheless, the message was decent, but nothing life-changing or earth-shattering. A brief commentary on Colossians 1. The overall premise is that God is in Christ, and Christ is in you. Scripture is already pretty clear on this. The kingdom of God is indeed within you; God operating through you in order to usher in His kingdom to the world which will be fully consummated when Christ returns for His bride, the ultimate wedding ceremony.

I recommend saving your money, unless you want to pay $4 for a brief sermon on Colossians 1.

The word `gospel' means `good news' and Jesus Christ is the personification of good news. Simply put, He is the gospel! I'm convinced that all of our problems are rooted in a small vision of Jesus Christ. Simply put, the church is in desperate need of a large and stunning view of Jesus Christ! Epic Jesus is the extravagant presentation of the gospel that many of us have never heard. This is what we have been longing for. This is a life changing and mind blowing message to say the least!
