This is a great book that provides first hand insight to the experience of epilepsy. I found this book about 10 years ago when I was first diagnosed. I was scared, confused and was trying to process what was going on. This book helped me to understand that I wasn't alone.
This isn't a technical book or diagnostic tool. It just provides the experiences of people of all ages with a vast variety of seizures. I have been giving away copies of the book for years and I am glad it is back in print. |
