Intense industrial death metal,

Again...another great band that no one knows about. These freaks from Belgium churn out some of the most dense riffs one could imagine. On top of that, they had synths to create the cold, evil background. The solos are played, not with speed, but with passion. Every note was selected carefully, as you can hear on the solo on the title track. Their newest album is just as good, but I prefer this one. Sven from Aborted does vocals for this album, which makes the vocals sick. The themes of the music dont have anything to do with gore grind or anything of that nature. The lyrical content on Epileptic focuses more on futuristic, post-apocalyptic worlds, machines, etc. Another highlight is the track Scorched. Great misanthropic atmosphere with heavy chuggin' riffs. Must buy for fans of Zyklon, Meshuggah, Red Harvest, and V:28.

This is heavy, heavy stuff. Think older Bolthrower sludge, but with a better, crisper production. The songs have great riffs and beats - a mix between fast and slow. The vocals are well-done death metal growls. This is a quality release and hopefully they keep it up. If they do, I'll buy the cd again!
