The records have never been microfilmed or photocopied, and are invaluable for their historical and genealogical material as to names of spouses and parents, ages, dates and places of marriages, witnesses and officiating clergy. Each abstract is cited as to source(s). Contents of the book include a cross-index of brides/grooms, a map, list of officiating clergy, bibliography and every-name index.

About the Author
Barbara Brown Eakley is a graduate of Richard Stockton College in New Jersey, and attended law school in California. Her work in genealogy has shown her that church records can be elusive, and must be preserved....many twentieth-century records have already been lost.
